Hello Gorgeous lovelies!
It’s Friday, and you know what that means it’s almost the freaking weekend! I’m excited for Saturday because Sara, some friends and I are heading to a huge local event with multiple types of music, four stages, local art and tons of other stuff and it’s by Somos Events! I can’t wait to dance my booty off at Dillion Francis and some local bands. What are you up to this weekend? I wanted to stop by here and show you a little fall floral action! Happy first day of fall! The early mornings and late evenings have been a little cooler. I know I say this every year, but I’m so thrilled for cooler weather!!! In New Mexico you never know what to expect when it comes to weather. Just like life, change is good, it’s a sign of new beginnings and new hopes.
The temperature finally dipped below 80 this week, which was as good a reason as any to break out the jackets, sweaters and boots that have been stored all summer! But just because it’s fall doesn’t mean you have to put all your dresses and florals away. Especially, when they’re as moody and awesome as this half maxi dress from Francesca’s!
I am digging the slightly longer length–it’s so swingy when you walk! My social calendar always gets busy around this time of year and I can see this being perfect for multiple occasions. Even paired with some combat boots and a leather jacket to make it more casual/edgy. The best part of this whole outfit is the wood purse! The dark stain is to die for and the unique shape allows just the necessities! This purse definitely suits me.
I know fashion seems like there are so many rules and there set in stone somewhere haha but there’s no rule book! So, be you and mix up all your florals into your fall wardrobe. Wear a pair of jeans with your favorite mini summer dress! This is a trend that anyone can rock!
Until next time ..
